Formulary Selection

We will review your medications and your insurance formulary to see if we can save you money on your copays. We work with your doctor to change your medications to the "formulary" or "preferred" generics to save you money each month.

Immunizations
 Flu vaccine and Immunizations are no longer covered on Medicare Part B -- now  on  Medicare Part D & NOT always 100% covered!!! Copays may apply.

Pneumonia vaccine - available year round; billable to Medicare Part B Plan.

Zostavax vaccine (shingles) - available with your Doctor's prescription and Medicare Part B billable.

Other vaccines available upon request.

Medicare Par B
We can bill Medicare Part B for some vaccines/ immunizations and some medications.
