Bluebonnet Home Care is a privately owned and operated Texas based agency providing home health care to individuals in the comfort of their home. Our purpose is to deliver services that assist individuals in reaching their optimal level of health and independence.

We have three offices located in Denton, Quitman and Waco. Our census includes patients from Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance and private pay.

Home Health Aide
As a Home Health Aide, you are responsible for performing personal care, respite, preparing meals, laundry and light housekeeping.  To qualify as a Home Health Aide, you must meet the following criteria:

Possess a GED or a high school diploma AND:

  • You are state tested; OR
  • You have a minimum of one year experience in the last three years, in a
    related field, such as a nurses aide or previously worked in home health
    industry.

Registered Nurse
As a Registered Nurse, you provide skilled nursing care to patients and are
responsible for the managing the total nursing care of any assigned patients in their homes.

To qualify as a Registered Nurse, you must possess a valid RN license in the State of Texas. We prefer one year of home health experience in the last five years.

Licensed Vocational Nurse
As a Licensed Vocational Nurse, you provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.

To qualify as a Licensed Vocational Nurse, you must possess a valid LVN license in
the State of Texas.  We prefer one year of home health experience in the last five years.
